Membership Terms & Conditions

Use of this RT Station Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of these terms of use, which may be revised by RT Station from time to time and are a binding agreement between the user and Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited governing the use of this application. By downloading or installing this application, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms. If the user does not agree to these terms, the user should uninstall this application immediately.

Your use of your virtual membership card is governed by the terms of this agreement. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms before using your virtual membership card. If you do not understand these terms, please call 2511 5306 to discuss your concerns before activating your virtual card.

Terms of Use and Agreement

To complete virtual membership card registration, you are required to download the RT Station Mobile App and provide your personal data. Each valid membership card can be activated on one mobile device only at the one time.  For security reasons, the virtual membership card will be deactivated after five consecutive failed login attempts.

The RT Station mobile app supports mobile devices operating on Apple iOS 8.0+ and Google Android 4.1+ only. The virtual membership card cannot be activated on a tablet device.

If you are a newly joining member, click ‘Become a new RT Station member’ in the Members section and enter your information.

If you are a current valid Ruby Tuesday member, click ‘Current RT member’ in the Members section and enter your Ruby Tuesday membership card information.

The virtual membership card on the app can be reinstalled on up to three iOS or Android smartphone devices (inclusive) within the one calendar year without incurring an administration fee. Your virtual membership will be instantly deactivated on the previous device used once activated on the new device.

If the virtual membership card is reinstalled more than three times in the one calendar year then a $50 administration fee will apply for every reinstallation. If the virtual membership card is reinstalled more than six times in the one calendar year then a $100 administration fee will apply for every reinstallation.

The virtual membership card is valid at all RT Station restaurants within Hong Kong.

The virtual membership card is non-transferable. Secondary identification (including a credit card or a form of photographic identification) may be required when using your virtual membership card.

Virtual membership cards are valid for use at one table only.

Virtual membership discounts do not apply to the 10% service charge.

Unless otherwise specified, virtual membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

All photos are for reference only.

All rewards, special offers and benefits are valid only within stipulated periods.

The Application requires a stable Internet connection in order to operate properly. RT Station takes no responsibility for the performance of the Application in the event of an unstable or otherwise unreliable Internet connection.

RT Station may introduce different promotion programmes whereby these Terms of Use may be changed as applicable to such programmes.

Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to terminate your account if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any other Policies related to use of the Application at any time. Continued use of the Application following the posting of these changes will constitute acceptance of such changes or modifications.

In the case of dispute, the decision of Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.

Privacy Policy

Your Personal Information may be collected by Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited and may include:
  • Name, gender, phone number, date of birth, photo, postal address and email address.
  • Financial account information, such as credit card number and other payment information.
Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited may use information that you provide about yourself or others for specific purposes, including:
  • Responding to your customer service inquiries and/or posting your comments or photo.
  • Creating customized promotions by combining your personal information, such as the amounts and types of purchases you make or any benefits you receive through our programs.
  • Communicating with you about our brands, products, services, or for other promotional purposes.

Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited takes reasonable steps to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security to help prevent unauthorized access to or loss, misuse, disclosure or modification of personal information.

While we make all reasonable effort to safeguard information that you provide about yourself and others, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Important Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

If you are under 18 or considered as underage by law or do not have the ability to make a contract or are unable to bear any legal responsibility, and where registering for or using the Virtual Membership Card exposes you to legal obligations or responsibilities, you must seek the approval of your parent or guardian regarding the legal implications of these Terms of Use and the consequences entailed. Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited assumes that you are of legal age or have obtained the approval of your parent or guardian.

Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited does not represent or warrant that your Virtual Membership Card will always be accessible or accepted at participating Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong stores.

Some functionality of the Application, including payment for membership upgrade or extension, and location based services, may require the transmission of information provided by the User including but not limited to user names and passwords, addresses, e-mail addresses, financial information (such as credit card numbers), phone-book information, information related to RT Station Virtual Membership Card or GPS location (“User Information”). If the User uses such Application functionality, the User consents to the transmission of User Information to Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited, its agents and/or service providers and authorizes Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited, its agents and/or service providers to record, process and store such User Information as necessary for Application functionality and for purposes described in the Privacy Policy. The User is solely responsible for maintenance of the confidentiality and security of any User Information transmitted from or stored on a Device for purposes of the Application, including payment, for all transactions and other activities undertaken with any RT Station Virtual Membership Card registered in the User’s name, whether authorized or unauthorized. The User agrees to immediately notify Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited of any unauthorized transactions associated with the Application, including payments or any other breach of security. Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for any losses arising from the loss or theft of User Information transmitted from or stored on a Device or from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions associated with the Application.

No Warranties

Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited provides the Application to the User ‘as is’ and the User uses the Application at his or her own risk. To the fullest extent allowable under applicable law, Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including any warranties or conditions that the Application is merchantable, of satisfactory quality, reliable, accurate, fit for a particular purpose or need, non-infringing or free of defects or errors or able to operate on an uninterrupted basis, or that the use of the Application by the User is in compliance with laws applicable to the User or that user information transmitted in connection with the Application (including as part of payment) will be successfully, accurately or securely transmitted.
